飞利浦灯具招光学设计工程师--截至日期2010.12.17 Job scope • Optical design and measurement technics • provide the optical know-how and optical design experience for multi-disciplinary product-related projects • build up and maintain contacts with a network of optical specialists and specialists in related disciplines, in particular within Philips but also outside Philips • advise the management about optical matters/ issues and roadmapping • coaching of less experienced colleagues in the field of optics •Must become member of international network Qualifications • Experience:preferable 1 years above • Bachelor or master degree education, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optical Engineering • capability to design optical (sub)systems for products of Philips Lighting: lenses, collimators, light-engines, reflectors, including color-dependencies therein. • capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer optical systems designed by others, within the relevant field • Capability to select right material for optical purpose • Capability to judge the manufacturability of optical design and follow up with supplier to make that • experience with optical simulation tools, in particular in the non-imaging optics area, like ASAP, LightTools, Tracepro or Zemax Non-Sequential, are preferred • Good team work spirit and good initiative • Good oral and written English skills 分享到：
