• Optical design and measurement technics -AL^  
• provide the optical know-how and optical design experience for multi-disciplinary product-related projects KKk<wya&O  
• build up and maintain contacts with a network of optical specialists and specialists in related disciplines, in particular within Philips but also outside Philips kb$Yc)+R4  
• advise the management about optical matters/ issues and roadmapping @}^VA9ULK  
• coaching of less experienced colleagues in the field of optics BSkmFd(*  
•Must become member of international network uYO$gRem

Qualifications OGH,K'l

• Experience:preferable 1 years above ,y0 &E8Z  
• Bachelor or master degree education, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optical Engineering hw`pi6  
• capability to design optical (sub)systems for products of Philips Lighting: lenses, collimators, light-engines, reflectors, including color-dependencies therein. Lf.Ia*R:  
• capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer optical systems designed by others, within the relevant field F1}d@^K 7d  
• Capability to select right material for optical purpose ]w*`

• Capability to judge the manufacturability of optical design and follow up with supplier to make that -jNnx*  
• experience with optical simulation tools, in particular in the non-imaging optics area, like ASAP, LightTools, Tracepro or Zemax Non-Sequential, are preferred !mVq+_7]
