TeraCAM是专用于宽波段红外与太赫兹的2D和3D列阵成像系统。它可以与任何商业与实验室级的红外/太赫兹源搭配使用。具有最宽的探测范围:0.1THz-30THz 技术特点 - 多用途太赫兹光学模块实现高性能红外致冷或者非致冷芯 - 太赫兹与亚太赫兹2D与3D成像系统 - 多光谱红外与太赫兹波段可选 - 与热成像技术互补,对非透明隔绝体积内样品进行检测 - 直接透过非透明材料在线检测(泡沫、复合材料、建筑材料、塑料等等) 陶瓷与玻璃纤维的3D太赫兹成像图 实验室与工业应用 多光谱太赫兹与红外热成像系统 -物理参数测量(应力、疲劳探伤、湿度化、热扩散..) -隔绝材料内的毫米波探测(碎块、分层与湿气) -焊接、粘合与附着系统的穿透成像
