a. Define and enforce LED cost and performance roadmap for Prof Lum APR.b. Integrate product teams’ predevelopment requirements into design inputs and take an active role in LED packages selection 3'Rx=G'  
c. Leverage LED package requirements among different projects and facilitate LED package selection with a platform approach
