研究生毕设想用zemax测试制作出的微透镜阵列的光学性能，想问问各位大神该怎么设计？另外，表征微透镜的光学性能有什么定量参数描述吗？

Since I am not entirely sure what system you wish to model with micro optics but quite likely that you will need a mixed mode to model the micro lens array more efficient.. You may look up some of the mixed mode example and the NS objects to find out a bit more.

If you are new to ZEMAX, it may be a bit confusing using mixed mode but it should be doable. All the best.
