The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). uPniLx\t:  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; p6vKoI#T  
2. Under 30 years' old; N~F RM& x  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; B*E2.\~  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; iPrLwheb  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; YZ+RWu9K  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; `8FUX= Sh  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; B4]`-mahO  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; 2ZQ}7`Y  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; `l*;t`h
