We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. & CgLF]  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. ^*W3{eyi(L  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). {ib`mC^  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter G>b1No3%k

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; Tn|reXc0e  
2. Under 30 years' old; <7XdT  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; pR$c<p  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; R)v`ZF,/b  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; {221@ zcCq  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; v'uQ'CiH  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; a[/p(O  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; Cfi5r|S  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; ^U1;5+2G+~
