The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). !*

The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter P\0%nyOG(%

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; )$N{(Cke2T  
2. Under 30 years' old; V>j`  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; W$&Ets8zo  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; jY6=+9Jz5  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; ?(UXK hs  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; T eTOj|  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; @[Qg}'i  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; $ttr_4=  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; s-S"\zX\D
