We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. P#AAOSlLV  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. ]

The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). 2~vo+ng  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter $-m@KB

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; J$1j-\KS  
2. Under 30 years' old; " <<A  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; mG0L !5  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; X7e>Z)l  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; `-~`<#E[  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; v2IEJ  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; MinbE13?U  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; [_j6cj]  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; 6a7vlo
