We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. ! fl4"  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. /bVZ::A&_  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). L36Yx7gT<  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter .qD@ Y3-

3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; 5er@)p_  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; D]03eu  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; pbk$o{$`W  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; q!lP"J  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; \Sy7"a  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; TJ_=1Y@z  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; KG9t3<-`
