We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. A@I( &Z  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. XFx p^  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). <8_~60  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter e>a4v8

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; &|8R4l

2. Under 30 years' old; I_\#(  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; ]=EYju@  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; iXJ3B&x  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; &qO#EEqG]  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; f(r=S Xa*  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; UOwEA9q%  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; +l8`oQuG  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; ha -KfkPFE
