We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. z\r|5Z  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. &s<'fSI  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). >2@ a\  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter z9IJ%=R

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; G2e0\}q  
2. Under 30 years' old; eK'ztqQ  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; v#o<. Ig  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; H_+F~P5RC  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; q'4qSu  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; OX*5 yT{  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; }~3 %KHT  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; :c^9\8S  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; 2$%E:J+2:$
