We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. Yn>y1~  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. >|W\8dTQ  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). b^dBX  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter [j;#w,Wb

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; ?ISv|QpC  
2. Under 30 years' old; o|njgmF;\  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; J_@`:l0,z  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; kf-/rC)>  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; q% pjY  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; ;=i$0w9W  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; ,!I'0x1OR  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; R![)B97^  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; @FLa i
