We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. dx^3(#B  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. )lbF'.i  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). T(6S~;,Z  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter kQ +

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; rTH@PDk>)  
2. Under 30 years' old; <:?&}'aA  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; tc[PJH&P  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; ]@xc9tlG  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; T*oH tpFj#  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; &IcDUr]L  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; XP'KgTF  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; -Jhf]  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; I ?1E}bv
