The compact design of the spectrometer makes it inherently insensitive !d,8kG  
against mechanical and environmental disturbances (vibrations, > @_im6

actuators with absolute position monitoring add to the robustness and <F;v`h|+S  
allow for monitoring of the grating alignment at all times. '$G"[ljr  
In addition, the concept of a spectrometer without entrance slit also FS6<V0pil  
makes the instrument less sensitive to misalignment. Under typical qH> `}/,P  
operating conditions a misalignment of the beam in the dispersion 5!I4l1
