Our instruments are based on high quality aberration-corrected rrG}; A

The compact design of the spectrometer makes it inherently insensitive 28 zZ3|Z3

actuators with absolute position monitoring add to the robustness and ]&tcocq

In addition, the concept of a spectrometer without entrance slit also zT93Sb  
makes the instrument less sensitive to misalignment. Under typical pdjRakN  
operating conditions a misalignment of the beam in the dispersion wn\ R|'Rdz  
direction on the entrance of the spectrometer by 500um would lead to a 2#s8Dxt  
signal reduction by more than 20% in an instrument with entrance slit 0-/@-qV\
