This configuration typically collects 15 to 25 times more light than NC%96gfD  
standard versions, resulting in a signal-to-noise figure improved by the <@Z`<T6

The compact design of the spectrometer makes it inherently insensitive fMIRr5  
against mechanical and environmental disturbances (vibrations, D]o=I1O?  
acoustics, etc). No externally moving parts and closed-loop grating 9a[1s|>w-  
actuators with absolute position monitoring add to the robustness and _\=x A6!  
allow for monitoring of the grating alignment at all times. r+8)<Xt+p  
In addition, the concept of a spectrometer without entrance slit also egK~w8`W%  
makes the instrument less sensitive to misalignment. Under typical 3[j,d]\|  
operating conditions a misalignment of the beam in the dispersion ~!S/{Un   
direction on the entrance of the spectrometer by 500um would lead to a DKJ_g.]X  
signal reduction by more than 20% in an instrument with entrance slit T+^Sa J
