In contrast to conventional devices our XUV spectrometer does not j G-  
require a narrow entrance aperture but rather images the harmonic source 2+?T66 g

This configuration typically collects 15 to 25 times more light than GX4QaT%  
standard versions, resulting in a signal-to-noise figure improved by the i2){xg~c

In some experiments, this improved signal strength is the crucial step 4k8*E5cx  
for realizing a measurement at all. q7X}MAW

Our instruments are based on high quality aberration-corrected lVPOYl%  
flat-field gratings. In contrast to conventional gratings these focus +I t#Z3  
all wavelengths onto a plane rather than a circle. This allows for IY=/` g  
positioning the entire detector in the focal plane of the grating for `79[+0hL'
