zemax不能看干涉衍射现象吧，只是几何光线追迹啊

you could check the following:

- if the surface/element tilt is too large G~a ZJ,

- enough analysis rays used? qInR1r<

- have you used Coherent Data option under Detector setting. oZgjQM$YP

Someone above was right about that the non-sequential mode only uses geometric rays but you could see inteference fringes using Coherent Data.
