· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   b,A1(_pzi  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   t$5]1dY$X
 
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. cO+`8`kv  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. z,P7b]KVe  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. PiQs><FK8  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   _$lQK{@rY  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. 3c6)

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering FaM~ 56Pa  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   'gH#\he[Dh

· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. b=l}|)a
