· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   hsljJvs
 
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   A[ZJS  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. ^;$f-e  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. 2HMlh.R(C  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. -rlxxLT+  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   ?jBna ~  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. 'j!7 O+7y

Job Specifications and Requirements /H,!7!6>?  
· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering ,l`q  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   s%J|r{F6  
· Experience in SSL applications p/'C v  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. kkFE9:[-c&  
· Project management experience 6A/Nlk.  
· Able to work independently and remotely *
