· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   0s'H(qE,_  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   @Rp#*{  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. MiB}10  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. Tq*K =^  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. sxFkpf_h  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   40)Ti

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering tEE4"OAy  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   4%9 +="  
· Experience in SSL applications 1<TB{}b Z  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. * j]"I=D
