· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   BXr._y, cr  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   m^4Ojik  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. 9 'IDbe{  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. ~HXZ-*  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. W |+&K0M  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   }TU2o3Q  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. [H>/N7v19*

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering N~B'gJJDx  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   v[>8<z8  
· Experience in SSL applications ; .hTfxE0  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. |sDp>..  
· Project management experience YrTjHIn~w  
· Able to work independently and remotely O9Yk5b;  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) }:+P{
