· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   qbU1qF/  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   ~njbLUB  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. C

· Project management and planning of customer programs. 1t[;`iZ  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. xZP

·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   <p^*Ydx  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. c BHL,

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering Wj4^W<IO  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   (K*/Vp  
· Experience in SSL applications J+@MzkpK  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. {\svV 0)~  
· Project management experience b=K6IX;  
· Able to work independently and remotely D/S>w(=  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) 4+5OR&kxZ
