• build up and maintain contacts with a network of optical specialists and specialists in related disciplines, in particular within Philips but also outside Philips GP %hf{  
• advise the management about optical matters/ issues and roadmapping xYW&Mfka

Qualifications: bX:h"6{=R  
• Experience:preferable 1 years above y5O &9Ckw  
• Bachelor or master degree education, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optical Engineering W\w#}kY  
• capability to design optical (sub)systems for products of Philips Lighting: lenses, collimators, light-engines, reflectors, including color-dependencies therein. nf

• capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer optical systems designed by others, within the relevant field 7OG:G z+)x
