New project development for Optical cementing process and Opto-mechanical sub-group assembly ,Sz*]X  
Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development c*1B*_08  
Design mechanical jigs and fixture OBb  
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies +-8uIqZ  
Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures

Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. $C^94$W

Requirements: Ce`{M&NSWX  
Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering 8 kd  
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products nC[L"%E|se  
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties v*3ezf\  
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills WW==  
Creative, analytical and initiative LD^V="d  
Proficient in Autocad, Solid Works and Microsoft Office jF-z?
