New project development for Optical cementing process and Opto-mechanical sub-group assembly P}PMRAek  
Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development

Design mechanical jigs and fixture 5'0kf7  
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies wz

Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures +A_jm!tJS(  
Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. D>wo>,G

Requirements: Gg7ZSB 7  
Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering Hp fTuydU  
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products =gB{(   
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties 5bWy=Xk B  
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills h/l?,7KHI  
Creative, analytical and initiative %cMayCaI!@  
Proficient in Autocad, Solid Works and Microsoft Office AkqGk5e ^
