不好意思，我对LED一无所知。想了解一下，如下
Yield Engineer (Flux Utilization)
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for flux utilization yield enhancement activities. He/She will also work on determining causes of losses and subsequently identify, initiate, and drive yield improvement activities.
- You will be the co-ordinator for flux utilization improvement activites from product level & propagate down to process levels between different production line in Singapore.
- You will assume responsibility in Failure Analysis, monitoring and presenting data trends and reducing product cost.

Flux Utilization在LED中是什么意思？是某个module吗？这个职位有没有前途呢？
另外好像菲利普的LED是龙头老大，对吗？新加坡的菲利普做high power的LED，有没有前景呢
