* Senior under-graduate or fresh graduate student. ^g<Lu/5w  
* Major in mechanical or thermal or optical engineering. FELW?Q?k  
* Must be proficient in Solidworks. y#O/Xw  
* Proficient in thermal simulation tools FLUENT or optical simulation tools Lighttools is highly desired. f?@M"p@T  
* Strong on-hand capability to conduct thermal and temperature measurement is desired. 6hFs{P7
