Responsible for imaging and non-imaging optical design in display field, e.g., flat panel display backlighting, projector, etc.; ePa:_?(  
Perform each project and application analysis, including optical system design, vender survey, schedule control and prototype verification; and YN_#x  
Technology benchmark and patent analysis of existing designs. p<Wb^BE

Bachelor degree in optical engineering, or Master degree (optical engineering Bachelor degree holder) preferably in related disciplines; Z^`&Z3s  
Familiar with optical system design tools, such as Code V, and Zemax; oD4NQR  
Familiar with optical simulation software, such as ASAP, LightTools or TracePro; F8Z<JcOI  
Experience in non-imagining optical parts design, such as LED second optics design, projector illumination system design, etc.; V^QKn+/  
Experience in design and development of backlights, projector or display optical systems is preferable; Gg|'T}0X  
Experience or education background on laser beam shaping, mechanism, fabrication process, application or related research/industry is a plus; J0a]Wz%  
Excellent communication skills; and cR}}NF  
Reasonably good in command of oral and written Mandarin and English. p18-yt; 1  
Appointment will be on renewable contract terms and a competitive package will be offered to successful applicants.
