摘要：本文主要简单讨论了常用照明光源发出的光谱中，可见光部分及红外线和紫外线对视力的影响情况，并结合五官科学得出红外线和紫外线会对人眼产生怎样的影响。最后根据人眼的视功能原理讨论出什么样的光源才是即不影响我们观察物体有利于摘要视力健康的理想光源。 2v$\mL
