招研究生并没有歧视本科生的意思，因为申请香港的工作签证有一定的资格要求，当然本科生如果您能够满足我们的职位要求，还是在考虑范围内，因为工作压力可能相对比较大，刚毕业的学生可能短时间不一定适应得了。 (<ZkmIXN

Experience in non-image optical parts design, such as LED second optics design, projector illumination system design, etc. is a plus; .`>

Experience or education background on laser beam shaping, mechanism, fabrication process, application or related research / industry is a plus; and 0/
