1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; hnv0Loe.IW
2. Under 30 years' old; p"n3JV.~k+
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; (8GA;:G7G
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; %bhFl,tL
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; v XR27
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; g^k=z:n3,
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; :*Z@UY
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; NV3oJ0f&2
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; R9Y{kk0M
