We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. Q} JOU
The candidate will report to the GM of China. {W`%g^Z|H
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). u#fM_>ML
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter :G=fl)!fE

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; 2nObl'ec
2. Under 30 years' old; ODN /G%l
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; &B;~
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; nAato\mM
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; G>=*yqo
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; //MUeTxR
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; s^TZXCyF o
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; d DMJ'
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; xu%k~4cB,
