The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). #`?uV)(
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter 6#dx%TC

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; yQ&;#`!'
2. Under 30 years' old; 4;%=ohD:!
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; po{f*}gas]
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; <Qwi 0$
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; .]8 Jeb
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; ^QXUiX zl
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; bZa?h.IF
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; vn|X,1o
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; M8
