The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). nK>CPqB^(
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter ,!#Am13

3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; 2"IV
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; 19E(Hsz
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; `3;EJDEdbi
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; )UzJ2Pa<+_
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; }y(t')= 9
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; ,lZ19B?WP
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; Y%KowgP\
