We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. .~C[D

The candidate will report to the GM of China. },& =r= B
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). 66 Tx>c"H
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter ~]l

5.Requires good written and spoken English ; q)F@f /
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; FJC}xEMcN
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; })TXX7[h
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; |Ev V S
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; IS [&V&.n
