The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). m3ff;,
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter .G^YqJ 4

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; KU;9}!#
2. Under 30 years' old; +> 9Q/E
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; rH>)oThA#
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; | %v^W 3
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; '2O \_Uz
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; [:V$y1
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; &/b~k3{M_
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; ZN6Z~SL_i~
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; >j`qh:^
