The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). J$aE:g6'
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter >i6sJ)2?>

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; u[{j ;l(
2. Under 30 years' old; &dH[lB
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; e;|:W A
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; $#ve^.VHv
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; fbT q?4&Q
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; m;_gNh8 Ee
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; @r.w +E=
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; O/(QLgUr
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; wZ(H[be
