The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). ch :rAx
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter |Q%P4S"B?

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; icIn>i <m
2. Under 30 years' old; \*=wm$p&*
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China;

4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; :;.^r,QAI
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; `WN80d\)&
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; 8-NycG&)
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; hPSMPbI
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; IH dA2d?.]
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; z4Zm%
