The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). :p OX,
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter 0xH$!?{b

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; <m9IZI Y<

3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; C[wnor!
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; X8Gw8^t
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; 0Wk}d(f
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; M a_! 1Y
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; !dmI}<@&k
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; `
