telecentricity error 大家好！请问Zemax能算 telecentricity error 吗？能画出telecentricity error vs. depth of focus 的图吗？

You may use the operand RAED to measure how telecentric the system is. If you know the depth of the focus for each field, you can make use of Universal Plot, bascially plotting RAED v.s the change of thickness (the range of the depth of focus). Thank you so much for your help! I plotted RAED and RAID vs. the image plane position. I noticed that for different wavelengths, the chief ray angles (RAED or RAID values) don't change much. I have a broadband objective, and I think the angles should be quite different. How does Zemax calculate RAID or RAED?

Also, how should I obtain the centroid-based telecentricity error with Zemax? Is there another Zemax operand for the centroid-based telecentricity error?
