5. To participate, at management level, in the formulation of strategy for the Chinese market. ftwn<B
6. Efficient management of new opportunity projects - making sample, proof of concept or system proposal, either in house or at field. All projects should be at clear process for prioritization/screening, timing controlling, resource allocation, reporting and completion, post project review of results and working quality should take place. wj#A#[e
7. Financial planning; ownership of application lab budgeting process, headcount forecasts, capital planning etc. G [$u`mxV^
