· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics. ))dw[Xa
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications. Peo-t*-06
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. k 1a?yH)=
· Project management and planning of customer programs. l^^Z}3^Rk
Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. O+|ipw*B%
· Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs. 764eXh
· Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. ZXN `8!]&

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering E+ |K3EJ
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin ~BqC!v.)@E
· Experience in SSL applications _^eiN'B
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. o:&8H>(hn]
· Project management experience &uF~t
