• provide the optical know-how and optical design experience for multi-disciplinary product-related projects X63DBF4A
• build up and maintain contacts with a network of optical specialists and specialists in related disciplines, in particular within Philips but also outside Philips q]5"V>D \
• advise the management about optical matters/ issues and roadmapping F#iLMO&Q
• coaching of less experienced colleagues in the field of optics A"C%.InZ

• Experience:preferable 1 years above `a2Oj@jP
• Bachelor or master degree education, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optical Engineering [/*85 4
• capability to design optical (sub)systems for products of Philips Lighting: lenses, collimators, light-engines, reflectors, including color-dependencies therein. ag?@5q3J}
• capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer optical systems designed by others, within the relevant field ( ^9q7)n
• Capability to select right material for optical purpose Vk$zA<sw"
• Capability to judge the manufacturability of optical design and follow up with supplier to make that c?eV8h1G
