• build up and maintain contacts with a network of optical specialists and specialists in related disciplines, in particular within Philips but also outside Philips dD,}i$

Qualifications: 8N& ' n
• Experience:preferable 1 years above |z)s9B;:#i
• Bachelor or master degree education, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optical Engineering x-i1:W9;
• capability to design optical (sub)systems for products of Philips Lighting: lenses, collimators, light-engines, reflectors, including color-dependencies therein. tz ;3
• capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer optical systems designed by others, within the relevant field izP )t
• Capability to select right material for optical purpose "_/ih1z]
• Capability to judge the manufacturability of optical design and follow up with supplier to make that W&5/1``u\
• experience with optical simulation tools, in particular in the non-imaging optics area, like ASAP, LightTools, Tracepro or Zemax Non-Sequential, are preferred ! kQkc+sGJf
