New project development for Optical cementing process and Opto-mechanical sub-group assembly @

Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development kqb0>rYa
Design mechanical jigs and fixture Lw'9
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies 2Sq_Tw3^
Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures j& UMjI9[
Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. Jjl%R[mI

Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering {T'GQz+R"
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products m'-|{c
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties vfB2XVc
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills { "vkji>
