New project development for Optical cementing process and Opto-mechanical sub-group assembly q.yS j
Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development #'^!@+)
Design mechanical jigs and fixture $W<H[k&(B
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies FVW<F(g`
Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures M`*B/Fh 2
Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. s4<[f%^
Conduct process training to production operators @NWjYHM[`
Requirements: 4_Tx FulX.
Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering d kHcG&)
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products F #Uxl%h
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties ]tA39JK-i
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills zm-j FY ?
Creative, analytical and initiative CkE@ Ll3Z
Proficient in Autocad, Solid Works and Microsoft Office TG8QT\0G
