Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development aH^{Vv$]M@
Design mechanical jigs and fixture j J-d/"(
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies q\_DJ)q pn
Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures @#CF".fuN>
Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. WV kG 2

Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering xXPUrv5zO
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products Zly-\ z_
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties & q L<C
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills 19w_tS g
Creative, analytical and initiative ;"SZ}
Proficient in Autocad, Solid Works and Microsoft Office 4L11P
