Requires strong hands-on laboratory experience with solid state lighting product development including LED chip selection, packaging technology, and system integration for competitive product design and development. Good electro-mechanical technical skill for novel designs and prototyping using internal and external resources is required. Daily support for data collection, analysis, and maintaining data base for the group is expected. W:G *t4i

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or other physical sciences required. 5Z'pMkn3
Strong electrical/mechanical laboratory skill and computer skill required. #<:k hs6
- 2 to 3 years (or more) experience in a well-equipped solid state lighting or related technical laboratory is desired. xb\lbS{ f
- Project requires strong collaboration with internal and external technical partners. Therefore, the candidates must be strong team players with good writing and communication skills.
