Requires strong hands-on laboratory experience with solid state lighting product development including LED chip selection, packaging technology, and system integration for competitive product design and development. Good electro-mechanical technical skill for novel designs and prototyping using internal and external resources is required. Must be highly motivated and self-driven and comfortable in fast pace technology development environment.. I%(YR"
Daily support for data collection, analysis, and maintaining data base for the group is expected. c!0u,6
Design, develop, and improve laboratory equipment and processes to support lighting research. z][hlDv\j

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or other physical sciences required. 2NMg+Lt8v
Strong electrical/mechanical laboratory skill and computer skill required. [x%[N)U3
- 2 to 3 years (or more) experience in a well-equipped solid state lighting or related technical laboratory is desired. h*>%ou
- Project requires strong collaboration with internal and external technical partners. Therefore, the candidates must be strong team players with good writing and communication skills.
