1.      Description of duties

Responsible for optical design to solid-state light module or projection system;

Responsible for co-working with suppliers for prototyping;

Responsible for light module and the projector system performance testing, trouble shooting, improving, etc .

2.      Competencies required to fulfill duties

Master degree or above in optics related field;

3+ years working experience on the illumination or image optics;

Familiarity with LED and Laser related knowledge;

Good track record skill in optical design and simulation software (Zemax, CodeV, LightTools, Tracepro, etc);

Well-understood the procedure for outsourcing optical component to the supplier;

Hand-on prototyping experience is a plus;

Knowledge in semiconductor packaging process is a plus;

Knowledge in diffractive optical element (DOE) is a plus; and

Fluent English and good Mandarin

本人深圳户籍，照明光学工程师，从业15年，欢迎大家一起交流照明光学技术！

本人从事的照明光学设计的主要产品和工作，具体如下：
1．    车灯、摩托车灯、自行车灯，新产品研发与光学设计，自由曲面反光罩配光设计：SAE标准、ECE标准、GB标准。
2．    各种近光灯、远光灯、信号灯等车辆灯具的Copy抄板。
a.激光打点，反射面的曲面逆向抄数，光学模拟。
b.依样板正向光学建模模拟。
3．  大功率LED路灯、隧道灯的二次光学透境设计，及透镜自由曲面建模。透镜材料为：光学级别PMMA、光学级别PC、光学级别模压玻璃。1W的LED的路灯透镜，地面长方形光斑均匀度0.8以上。（指地面H×3H范围内，H＝灯杆高度。）
4．  300米以上的超远程LED手电筒透镜设计，
大功率LED舞台灯光学设计，
各种功率的LED洗墙灯的反射罩设计，
单颗LED功率为50W、100W等的高杆灯的反射罩设计。
美国、加拿大、台湾等地区LED路灯使用的：非对称LED路灯透镜（偏心透镜）。
5．  对于单颗为超大功率的LED，比如单颗LED的chip为10×10=100W，用于路灯光源时，如何配光设计成：地面长方形均匀光斑？本人对此也实战经验丰富。目前掌握这一点的国内高手，人数不会超过个位数。
6．      大功率LED封装建模、一次光学设计，即大功率LED光束设计：标准朗伯光束、各种角度COS光束、高斯对称光束、高斯非对称光束等。
7．      各种角度的非球面LED聚光杯光学设计；300米以上的超远距离手电筒专用透镜光学设计；LED准直透镜设计；LED侧面发射透镜设计；各种阵列组合透镜设计；菲涅尔透镜设计… …
8．    （金卤灯、钠灯等等）路灯的反射罩建模、配光设计。

今天心情不好！
看到2楼的自荐，总感觉不是专业做LED配光的
目前国内外 LED用在汽车灯上的不多，飞利浦是这方面的行业领导者，都很少在国内宣传LED车灯。难道是电动车？
另外从2楼的描述，感觉是做抄数起家的，不知道能否原创。
路灯照度均匀性达到0.8以上，2楼是在做广告吗？
我手上就有勤上光电，欧司朗，邦贝尔以及其他企业的透镜，我也是设计透镜的，但是均匀性都没有达到0.8，也没有必要，但0.5还是可以做到的，包括我自己设计的透镜也做到了，还申请了专利，目前只给国内一家客户供应。今天拿到一款透镜，实际效果比我的好，所以心情不是很好。很想再重新设计一款，每家客户的光源都不一样，不知道拿哪款光源用来设计。
2楼知道现在LED配光会有哪些问题吗？知道现在LED路灯的问题在哪吗？以后的主流是什么吗？
不知道2楼设计的透镜，实际效率达到多少。
现在可以说，可以设计矩形光斑透镜的人很多，但是设计好的，确实不多。这需要实践。

其实汽车配件市场（车灯）很封闭，不是随便的小厂可以做的，各位有没有感兴趣这个工作职位的？现在还空着呢

这边是香港政府的研究院，和台湾工业研究院很相似，和国内的研究所不同，研究的范围很接近产业，但要略微超前。
这个职位要找光学专业（光学仪器）毕业的，很抱歉谢绝“半路出家”转行做光学的。
主要是做激光和LED相关的光学系统设计，现在主要有LED 二次光学设计，半导体激光器整形，LCD显示屏光学无缝拼接，成像系统，投影仪照明系统等，要有光学系统设计经验，及相关企业实践经验，暂时不考虑应届毕业生

Job Duty: Responsible for image optical design in display field, e.g. flat panel display optics, projection optics, etc.;
Analyze the design requirement for each project and application, optical system design, vender survey, schedule control and prototype verification; and
Technology research and patent analysis for existing designs.
Requirement: Master degree in optical engineering or an equivalent discipline;
2+ years research or working experience on image optical design;
Familiar with optical system design tools, such as Code V, or Zemax, ASAP, LighTools or TracePro;
Experience of image lens system design, e.g. Camera lens, projection lens, zoom lens, etc.;
Experience in non-image optical parts design, such as LED second optics design, projector illumination system design, etc. is a plus;
Experience or education background on laser beam shaping, mechanism, fabrication process, application or related research / industry is a plus; and
Familiar with mechanical design tools, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Pro-E is a plus;
Excellent communication skills; and
An excellent command of oral and written Mandarin and English.
