偏振相关二元谐振光栅
1. 摘要 pjrzoMF r E<Ou" 偏振相关衍射光栅对一些光学测量系统很有帮助。根据J. Wuster等人的工作,我们遵循形式双折射原理构造了一个亚波长结构的光栅。该光栅具有大于波长的超周期,且具有明显偏振相关性: TE偏振照明时,零阶透射效率高;在TM情况下,±1阶有较高的效率。 j
