phase profile surface simulation
各位好，最近遇到了一个问题，在Matlab中计算出来了DOE的相位profile，我希望导入Zemax中进行仿真。不知道该怎么做？ -`e=u<Y9@
1. 要是用二元面的话，如何将我的相位变成binary输入的参数。 B 0c} 5V
